A reader named Julia sent me an email about her adobe home that was recently listed on the market in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
This place is wide-open & gorgeous! I feel clean, cool and tidy just looking at it! 🙂
The hand-built adobe home was created by local builder Bob Pattison who has built several adobe homes in the Mesilla area. Julia says “this one is his most unique, though, because it’s so open–it’s like an adobe loft!”
The sellers need to move due to an out-of-state job transfer, so they have listed their house at $359,900. The 1995 home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in 2,099 square feet.
Julia says her house is “like living in a sculpture.”
I love that description!
How about that funky light fixture above the table? Julia tells me the Coral Pendant is by David Trunbridge from Design Within Reach. And yes, it comes with the sale of the house!
