Number Eighty-Nine: Swear Count in GTA 5

In a video game based primarily on outrages crimes and killing sprees, it’s needless to say that there is quite a bit of graphic and vulgar content within the storyline. In the main story, the F-word is encountered in more than 1,000 instances.

Number Eighty-Eight: The Game Personalities

When creating the three character options for play, the games makers tried to base them off of the three types of players that indulge in the video game. Franklin is the primary character choice for those who want to progress in the main plot of the game with various missions, Michael is said to embody the player who wants to embrace the main story line, and Trevor is the “psychopath” who simply wants to wreak havoc in every area of the city.

Number Eighty-Seven: The Scoop on Trevor

When creating the psychopathic character of Trevor, the stylists based his appearance off of one of the most notorious psychopaths ever known: Jack Nicholson. As one particular feature of the game, as Trevor, you can even unlock the iconic jacket that Nicholson is seen wearing in The Shining.

Number Eighty-Six: The Scoop on Michael

The character of Michael is also created to pay homage to a popular figure. His character is seen wearing the same exact ensemble as the protagonist in the video game Max Payne 3.

Number Eighty-Five: The Virtual Internet

The world of video games has grown to offer quite a few amazing features in the modern day. In GTA 5, a player can even take advantage of the virtual internet offered in the game, accessible by using the protagonists’ phones.

Number Eighty-Four: You’ve Got Mail

When using the virtual internet, however, there are some minute differences you may notice that embody the spirit of the game. Rather than displaying a mouse cursor with its pointer finger pointing to links, the cursor is holding up its middle finger.

Number Eighty-Three: Virtual Internet Capabilities

The virtual internet utilized by the game has an array of features that you would expect to see only on the actual internet. Oddly enough, you can use this feature to shop, or even access a unique (and full-functional) stock market.

Number Eighty-Two: The Virtual Stock Market

When utilizing the virtual stock market, it is essential to keep progressing in the main plot of the game. By assassinating important CEO’s along the story line, you will see a whole lot of improvement in your stock options. Talk about accurate!

Number Eighty-One: First-World Problems

The makers of this game worked to make every aspect as realistic as possible, down to the very last detail. This being said, if a player has attained a classic or showy car, pedestrians will be attracted to its beauty, and even take pictures of it.
