Crazy beautiful painted house

Black paint on a house’s exterior is rare, but this 1905 Victorian somehow pulls it off magically.

Located in High Point, North Carolina, the historic Mary Fisher Frazier House is up for sale!

Currently listed at $229,000, this home has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

I think the Easter egg coloring with black detailing is completely charming!

Have a look inside the Mary Fisher Frazier house…

Shiny red Coca Cola fridge — black and white checkered floors — mini purple banquette? This house is a FUN house!

There’s nothing ordinary about this Victorian – every place you look, there is quirkiness and character crawling out of the corners.

The Mary Fisher Frazier house has 4 bedrooms and 2.4 bathrooms and it is zoned residential/commercial so it would be a great space for a business as well.

A bed & breakfast perhaps?

Great fireplace and mantel, but I think the faux wood panel walls (above) could be transformed with some colorful paint, no?
