Number Fifteen: She’s a Great a Cook

The actress loves cooking. To perfect her techniques, she takes cooking lessons in illustrious academies all over the world. In 2010, she fulfilled her dream of cooking at the Cordon Bleu!

Number Fourteen: She Loves Amusement Parks

Lively truly enjoys going to different amusement parks. The actress grew up going to Disneyland twice a week, until she got banned from entering again after trying to sneak into the park without paying (which she blames on her brother.)

Number Thirteen: Blake Lively’s Solo Adventures

Lively loves traveling. She once went on a solo adventure around South Africa (presumably, while filming Green Lantern there.) She also went scuba diving with great white sharks, which she recalls as “terrifying” and “amazing.”

Number Twelve: She Was a Cheerleader

Lively was a very popular girl back in high school. She was on the cheerleading team and the championship choir at her school in Burbank, California. She was also  a class president a few times.

Number Eleven: Blake Lively Got Her Breakout Role Without Auditioning

A young Blake Lively walked into the auditioning room for The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, left a picture of herself on the desk, and left. The casting directors knew right away she was perfect for the role.

Number Ten: Lively’s Pro-Obama Campaign

Prior to Obama first being elected president in 2008, Lively participated in a campaign to urge young people to vote for him. In 2015, she got invited to a dinner party with the president, which she remembers as a very embarrassing moment for her(because she was really nervous!)

Number Nine: Florence + The Machine Performed at Her Wedding

Lively is good friends with Florence Wench, who serenaded her wedding ceremony in 2012. Welch made a guest appearance in Gossip Girl back in 2011.

Number Eight: She’s a Messy Eater

The actress had dinner with Karl Lagerfeld and Anna Wintour in Paris, and she definitely didn’t have the time of her life—she had no idea what forks she needed to use and ended up getting food all over herself. Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, teases her about it quite often: “[he] says the reason that I don’t gain as much as weight as I should is because only 10 percent makes it into my mouth.” Stay tuned for part two, coming soon!
