Number Ten: Salar de Uyuni – Bolivia. Salar de Uyuni, located in Bolivia, contains the world’s largest salt flat. The salt flat is 10,582 square kilometers! What’s so amazing is that the salt flat reflect what’s directly above it. On beautiful days, the salt flat looks as blue as the sky, and with some good camera skills, you can make it look like you’re literally walking on clouds.

Number Nine: Antelope Canyon – United States. Antelope Canyon, located in the southwest of the United States, is one of the most photo-worthy travel destinations in the world. The canyon was formed thanks to erosion brought on by flash floods. Antelope Canyon is made of Navajo sandstone and features a range of colors, including intense reds, purples, and oranges.

Number Eight: Lavender Fields – France. The lavender fields of France are exactly that – fields of lavender. The bright color makes for a surreal scene, and in the right light, the fields can look like the result of a war between Barneys. Lavender was originally used by Egyptians to prepare bodies for mummification. Another surreal part of witnessing the lavender fields in person is the smell. Lavender is said to be one of the most calming scents in the world.

Number Seven: Chocolate Hills – Philippines. Located in the Bohol province of the Philippines, the chocolate hills are a geological formation of up to 1,776 hills spread out over an area of up to 50 square kilometers. Though the hills are not made of chocolate, their grass turns brown during the dry season – hence the name “chocolate” hills.
